How Owner Consent and Registration Work

Order your legal address in Tbilisi or Batumi. After confirming your details and payment, we provide the address and cadastral information for your application. Submit your business registration or address-change application through the Public Service Hall, then send us its first page and application number. We coordinate submission of the property-owner consent and cadastral details to the Public Registry. There is no separate in-office signing appointment included in the annual address service.

LLC or Individual Entrepreneur?

Both can use our registered-address service. The documents needed for the business application depend on the chosen structure and your circumstances.
